Complaint from Blanche Mc Farland Whiteville, NCover 2 years agoFOn August 20th I went to pick up a prescription for my glasses because mine had broken. They issued me one but when I went to an outside Mart to have it filled, and when I tried them on I couldn't see properly. That was when I noticed Vision World gave me somebody else's prescription. Took prescription back Aug 30th & front desk personnel,Ms Amber, very unprofessional! She took offense!
